ScrumptiousWP is a product of 465 Media, based in Manchester, New Hampshire (“we”). These terms cover buying and using Scrumptious plans from scrumptiouswp.com. By buying a plan, you agree to them.

The software

Scrumptious is licensed under the GNU General Public License, version 2 or later. The GPL governs your rights to the code itself. A paid plan gives you access to Pro downloads, updates and support for as long as the plan is active.

Plans and sites

• Pro can be activated on 1 site.
• Studio can be activated on up to 5 sites.
• Agency can be activated on unlimited sites.
• Please don’t share or publish your license key.

Billing and renewals

• Plans are billed yearly and renew automatically until you cancel.
• You can cancel anytime from your account. Your plan stays active until the end of the year you paid for.
• If your plan ends, the plugin keeps working on your sites. You just stop getting updates and support.

Support is by email at [email protected]. We usually reply within one business day.

AI providers

AI features use your own account with the provider you choose. You’re responsible for that account, its terms and any charges from it.

Warranty and liability

Scrumptious is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. Always back up your site before importing recipes or making big changes. To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Changes

We may update these terms. If a change affects your plan in a meaningful way, we’ll email you before it takes effect.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Hampshire, USA.
